As an auditor who spends 120 hours dissecting swap() functions in Uniswap V2 forks, I know exactly where to look for the overflow.

Context: The Protocol Mechanics

Consider the U.S. military as a monolithic smart contract deployed on the 'Global Security Mainnet.' Its primary state variables include: - forcesDeployed: mapping of bases & platforms in theater. - deterrenceValue: a uint256 representing perceived threat projection. - budgetAllocation: the Treasury's approved expenditure.

The user-facing functions—deployForces(), conductStrike(), assessDamage()—are publicly reported as 310 billion wei. But every smart contract has private storage slots. The internal assessment leaked to the press is one such slot: hiddenCostBasis = 1e11. The discrepancy isn't a bug; it's a designed centralization of truth.
