Every substantive cell read N/A.
The document ran to roughly 1,400 lines of Markdown. It contained zero facts. Not one contract address. Not one timestamp. Not one commit hash. Not one unlock curve. It had the visual grammar of diligence and the informational content of a blank form.
That is not a formatting bug. A report that renders successfully with no inputs is a report that cannot fail, and anything that cannot fail cannot be trusted. What I was looking at was a pipeline that failed open โ a schema so permissive that an empty extractor still produced an artifact that looked signed, sealed, and reviewable. In a bear market, where the only question readers actually have is whether their assets are still there, this is the most expensive class of bug in the industry. Somewhere upstream, an extractor returned an empty list. A scraper hit a paywall. A parser met a format it did not recognize. The source document may not have existed at all. Whatever the cause, the fact set handed to the analysis layer was [].
